“Let’s Go Brewers!” – Our Annual Customer Appreciation Event

With Brewers fever in full force, thanks to their current playoff run, our annual Brewers outing this year has the potential to be during their Championship season.

For the past ten years, Great Lakes Power Vac has done exactly that by hosting a yearly Customer Appreciation Event at Miller Park on behalf of those who play such a vital role in our success.

Cheers to Another Year!

In June 2018, we invited our customers, vendors, and family members out to a Friday baseball game and tailgate party to honor and celebrate their continued support in helping us sustain and grow our business.

Our most important asset has always been and always will be our people, so we wanted to simply say “thank you” in a manner that both builds community and encourages new and lasting friendships. America’s pastime is the perfect way to do that.

Prior to the game, we met for some good, old-fashioned tailgating to start things off right. Brats, burgers, and hot dogs were thrown on the grill (provided by Cristo Rey, our partner for the food and beverage preparation); and our employees and guests were able to spend some time getting to know each other.

Live entertainment by Eric Barbieri – a well-known, local musician – was also enjoyed by all. Eric has been the lead performer for several popular Milwaukee rock bands and is the recipient of two Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) awards.

We like to hold a 50/50 charity raffle each year, as well. We match the funds raised dollar for dollar to give back to an organization in need. This year’s recipient was our food/beverage partner, Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.

Once things began to wind down, tickets to the game were distributed to those interested in sticking around for an epic matchup between Milwaukee and Pittsburgh. The home team did not disappoint.

“We really had an awesome time together watching the Brewers come through with a huge win over the Pirates. Go Brew Crew and see you all next year!” – Dan Bemi, Director of Business Development

A Tradition of Thanks

All in all, we had a terrific turnout and a wonderful time away from work with everyone who was able to attend this year.

At Great Lakes Power Vac, we recognize that our success depends upon our customers – both old and new – as well as our vendors, employees, and families/friends.

Without your ongoing support, we wouldn’t be the company that we are today, and we appreciate everything you do. Thank You!
